Luxury villas in Ubud.
Ubud is Bali's inland heart: rice terraces, river valleys, yoga studios and a food scene that rivals the coast. Our four villas sit in the green belt south of the center, around the Green School and the Gianyar rice country, where you get the quiet the middle of town lost years ago. Two of them run a free transfer to Green School, which makes this cluster a favourite for visiting families.

Recent stays in Ubud.
“Our stay was so lovely! The villa was absolutely stunning and felt very clean and new, and the staff was so kind and responsive at all hours. They offered daily room cleanings as well as breakfast! The location was a bit inconvenient if you’re looking to head into Ubud each day (about 35min drive with traffic), but it was well worth it. Highly recommend!”
“The villa is just like the pictures. It is in a quiet small village, away from the busy tourist areas. Any problems were handled quickly. Highly recommended! Hope to stay here again next time.”
Ubud villa questions.
How far are the villas from Ubud center?
20–35 minutes by car depending on the villa. The cluster sits in the Green School and Gianyar area south of town. We arrange drivers, and two of our villas include a free Green School transfer.
Do I need a car or driver in Ubud?
Yes. The area is rural and spread out, so plan on a scooter or a hired driver for day trips. A private driver for a full day typically costs USD 40–60 including fuel.
When is the best time to stay in Ubud?
May–September is dry season and the most reliable. December–March is wetter but greener, quieter and cheaper, and inland Ubud wears the rain well.
