Scope & acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Bali Luxury Stays website and any villa booking you make through it. By browsing the site or completing a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place a booking.
Bookings
A booking is a direct reservation with the villa operator. Villa availability and the price for your selected dates are confirmed at checkout. The details you see during checkout (dates, nightly rate, fees, and totals) are the terms of your reservation once it is confirmed.
Payment
The full amount for your stay is charged at the time of booking. Payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through Xendit, our payment service provider. The site may display estimates in other currencies for convenience, but those figures are estimates only; your card statement will reflect the actual IDR amount charged. To complete a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, and country. Card and payment details are handled directly by Xendit.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellations and changes are governed by the per-villa cancellation policy shown at checkout, which forms part of your booking. Please review that policy before you confirm. For an overview of how cancellations work, see our Cancellation Policy.
Guest responsibilities & house rules
Guests agree to treat the villa and its surroundings with care, to respect occupancy limits and any villa-specific house rules provided before or at check-in, and to comply with applicable local laws. The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.
Security deposit
Where applicable, a refundable security deposit may be required for a villa. The amount, the method of collection, and the conditions for its return are communicated as part of your booking. A deposit may be applied toward the cost of damage, missing items, or breach of house rules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bali Luxury Stays and the villa operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. Stays are accepted at the guest’s own risk. This is a generic placeholder and does not constitute a specific guarantee; final liability terms must be set by legal counsel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where the villa operator is based.
