How do I book a villa with Bali Luxury Stays?
Search availability on any villa page or our booking page, pick dates, and confirm online. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +62 823 4003 6461 or via the contact form and we'll hold dates while you decide.
Do I pay less by booking direct vs Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Direct rates skip OTA service fees, which typically run 14–20% on top of the nightly rate. Same villa, same owner, lower total.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Xendit (our payment provider) with 3-D Secure authentication. Bank transfer is available on request for stays over USD 5,000.
When am I charged for my stay?
The full amount is charged at the time of booking, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), through our payment provider Xendit. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates; your card statement will reflect the IDR charge.
Is a security deposit required?
Most villas require a refundable damage deposit (typically USD 500–1,500 depending on villa size). It is held pre-arrival and released within 7 days of checkout, less any documented damages.
Cancellation & changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Each villa has its own cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict) and the exact terms are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Peak-season and long-stay bookings may carry stricter terms. See our full cancellation policy for details.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Date changes more than 60 days out are accommodated free of charge subject to availability. Inside 60 days we'll do our best, though a small admin fee may apply, and rate differences are payable.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We don't sell insurance directly but strongly recommend purchasing a policy that covers trip cancellation, medical, and force majeure. World Nomads and SafetyWing are commonly used by guests travelling to Indonesia.
At the villa
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, though a few villas differ — your villa's exact times are confirmed on your booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; just ask, we accommodate where we can.
Is daily housekeeping included?
Yes. Every villa includes daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a pool/garden team. Cooks, drivers, and in-villa spa are available on request.
Can you arrange airport transfers and drivers?
Yes. We pre-arrange airport pickup, private drivers for the day, and one-way rides through our local partners. Rates are shared by your concierge before arrival.
Are villas suitable for families with young children?
Most are. We can pre-arrange cots, high chairs, and pool fences. Tell us ages and we'll match you with villas built for the way you'll actually use them.
What's your policy on events and parties?
Quiet dinner parties for in-house guests are welcome at every villa. Larger events (50+ guests, amplified music, weddings) are only allowed at specific event-licensed villas; ask and we'll send the shortlist.

Which Bali areas do you cover?
How far is each area from the airport?
Seminyak: ~30 minutes. Canggu / Pererenan: 45–60 minutes. Uluwatu: ~45 minutes. Times vary with traffic; assume the upper end for evening arrivals.
Which area suits me best?
Canggu and Pererenan for surf, cafés, and a younger creative scene. Seminyak for walkable beach clubs, dining, and shopping. Uluwatu for clifftop drama, world-class waves, and quiet luxury. Tell us your trip and we'll route you.
Weddings & events
Do you host weddings at your villas?
Yes, at our event-licensed villas. Capacities range from intimate 20-guest ceremonies to 120+ guest receptions. We work with established Bali wedding planners and can recommend ones we trust.
Can I book the villa as the wedding venue and accommodation?
Most couples do exactly that. Multi-night exclusive-use bookings around the wedding day are the most common pattern, with bridal party accommodation included.
For villa owners
I own a villa in Bali. How does your management service work?
We're a boutique manager: small portfolio, brand-led marketing, and full operational care. End-to-end means listing, pricing, guest comms, housekeeping, maintenance, and owner reporting. See our About page for the model and a free revenue projection.
What does it cost to have my villa managed?
We charge a percentage of net rental revenue, with no monthly retainer and no listing fee. The exact rate depends on villa size, location, and scope. Request a projection on our About page and we'll share numbers within 48 hours.
