More walkable than Canggu — the main Petitenget and Oberoi strips are pedestrian-friendly with sidewalks and continuous shopfronts. Cross-village trips still benefit from a scooter or ride-share.
Is Seminyak too commercial?
Compared to Canggu or Pererenan, yes — Seminyak is developed, busy, and tourist-dominated. That is also why amenities are unmatched on the island. If you want polish and convenience, Seminyak is the answer.
