Reservations that remain unverified after this timeframe may be subject to automatic cancellation. Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: from 2:00 PM * Check-out: by 10:00 AM Need an adjustment to your arrival or departure time? Please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist based on availability. Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a fee of IDR 1,200,000 per hour. No Smoking & No Pets For the comfort and safety of all guests, this property is strictly smoke-free and pet-free. Any violation will result in a minimum charge of IDR 4,300,000, plus any additional cleaning or restoration costs if required. Registered service animals are welcome where applicable under local regulations. Please Leave the Property as You Found It Your cleaning fee includes standard cleaning and fresh linen preparation. We kindly ask guests to leave the property reasonably tidy upon departure. Excessive mess or additional cleaning requirements may incur an extra cleaning fee starting from IDR 550,000. Registered Guests Only Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. No Parties or Events This property is located in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on the booking. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply afterward. To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a non-negotiable penalty of IDR 21,400,000, in addition to any costs associated with damages or disturbances. Families Welcome Families with children are welcome. Please note that the property is not child-proofed, so children must be supervised at all times during your stay. Bathroom Guidelines To help prevent plumbing issues, please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, or any items other than toilet paper. we stayed here for 4 nights, its a lovely place close to ubud , very quiet area . The house keeping is fast and helpfull with whatever you need , he can even recommend you places you should visit or help with renting a scooter.
Our stay was so lovely! The villa was absolutely stunning and felt very clean and new, and the staff was so kind and responsive at all hours. They offered daily room cleanings as well as breakfast! The location was a bit inconvenient if you’re looking to head into Ubud each day (about 35min drive with traffic), but it was well worth it. Highly recommend!
We stayed in this lovely and beautiful accommodation for a week while our kids attended the Green School day camp. The villa was exactly like the photos, we loved the interior design, it was spacious and quiet, tucked in a local village. They also provided additional paid options for yummy breakfasts, laundry and motorbike rentals. Pandu the owner was always responsive, and with his team, provided great service and care for us. Another great perk is that they provided daily transfers to the green school. The location is approximately 10 mins to the green school and about 40 mins to Ubud center during non-peak. Overall, highly recommended stay if you like a tranquil stay and don’t mind traveling out for food and shopping. 🫶🏻
