Outdoor furniture and a dedicated seating area make it easy to relax in the peaceful hillside surroundings, and a private driveway with garage parking for one vehicle means arrival is always smooth. 🛏️ SLEEPING All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with wardrobes, room-darkening curtains, and ensuite bathrooms for complete privacy. Each room is a quiet retreat of its own, ideal whether you are travelling as a family or a group of friends. 🚿 BATHROOM Every ensuite bathroom has hot water, a bidet, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap. There is also a bathtub available for guests to enjoy. 🍽️ DINING The fully equipped kitchen has a stove and cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, complete cookware and utensils, and all the plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery you need. A dining table seats the group comfortably, and the open living and dining area flows naturally between indoor comfort and the outdoor setting. 🛋️ LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT The open living area features a comfortable sofa lounge, air conditioning, heating, and a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, cable and satellite TV, and local Indonesian channels. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace for anyone working remotely during their stay. No Parties or Events This property is located in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on the booking. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply afterward. To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a non-negotiable penalty of IDR 21,400,000, in addition to any costs associated with damages or disturbances. Families Welcome Families with children are welcome. Please note that the property is not child-proofed, so children must be supervised at all times during your stay. Bathroom Guidelines To help prevent plumbing issues, please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, or any items other than toilet paper.
