The space

The Green Terrace houses three private-bathroom bedrooms, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen pavilion, and a private pool terrace framed by tropical garden and rice field views, all across two floors of Mediterranean-Balinese architecture. Signature arched doorways connect every space. With reverse-cycle air conditioning in every room, 300 Mbps WiFi throughout, six-day housekeeping, and a fully-equipped kitchen, you can arrive and start your stay without a second thought. 🛋️ LIVING AREA Step through the gated entry and into the open-pan living area. The first thing you notice is the high ceiling, the statement black chandelier, and the oversized curved white sofa anchoring the room. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the rice field views inside, and a 65-inch smart TV sits against one wall while bi-fold openings on the other side flow directly out to the pool terrace. The space is generous, light-filled, and set up equally well for a quiet evening in or a long group dinner. 🍽️ DINING The kitchen and dining area sit adjacent to the living space, finished with marble countertops, a full-size fridge, water filter, and coffee machine. The round dining table seats six under glass pendant lighting with rattan chairs pulled in around it, the kind of setup that makes a slow breakfast stretch into mid-morning without anyone noticing. 🛏️ SLEEPING The master suite is a true sanctuary. A king-sized platform bed sits under fresh linen drapes with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the rice paddies beyond. The en-suite is the standout of the villa, a freestanding soaking tub positioned to capture the field views, a walk-in rain shower lined with sage green herringbone tiles, and premium fixtures throughout. Direct terrace access means you can move from bed to pool without passing through the rest of the house. The second bedroom continues the villa's aesthetic with a king-sized bed, panoramic windows, rattan accent chairs, and a 40-inch smart TV. A built-in desk area makes it the natural choice for anyone working remotely, and its private en-suite has a walk-in shower and quality fittings. The third bedroom offers its own king bed, private en-suite, and the same quiet comfort. Every guest gets their own space, no compromises. 🌊 POOL Step outside and the pool terrace opens up. The private pool has built-in seating along one edge and looks directly over the emerald rice terraces. A covered pergola lounge sits alongside with a hanging egg chair, an L-shaped outdoor sectional, and decorative pottery with cacti and succulents adding to the villa's desert-meets-tropical character.
